The user dissociates himself completely from Facebook and Instagram and is aware that he is providing his information to the company Productos Arenas S.L. and not to Facebook or Instagram. The sweepstakes offered from the official Facebook and Instagram page of Productos Arenas S.L. will always follow a fixed mechanics which is as follows:<\/p>

A question or dynamic will be published and displayed on the Facebook and\/or Instagram page of Productos Arenas S.L. The users of the page will be invited to answer or participate. If the mechanics of the contest have different actions, only the participations that meet all the requirements will be valid.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

The Promotion is open to all individuals over 14 years of age residing in mainland Spain who are fans of the official Facebook page or Instagram of Productos Arenas S.L. and who have a real user profile.<\/p>\n

The company reserves the right to check if the participating profiles are eligible for the prize or are fraudulent profiles.<\/span><\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

6.- Winner selection<\/b><\/h3>\n

The winner will be chosen through a random drawing among all participants.<\/p>\n

If the winner does not contact PRODUCTOS ARENAS S.L. within a maximum period of 7 days, the prize will be cancelled. If the winner does not receive the prize shipment, and therefore the prize is returned to PRODUCTOS ARENAS S.L., we understand that the winner rejects the prize and it will be cancelled.<\/span><\/p>\n

The company Productos Arenas S.L. reserves the right to take legal action against those persons who carry out any type of act that could be considered manipulation or falsification of the sweepstakes.<\/span><\/p>\n

The company Productos Arenas S.L. reserves the right to make changes that result in the success of the sweepstakes when there is just cause or force majeure that prevent it from being carried out in the manner set out in these rules.<\/span><\/p>\n

Productos Arenas S.L. reserves the right to modify the conditions of the raffle for other similar ones. <\/span><\/p>\n

Images, videos, links or comments that Productos Arenas S.L. considers inconvenient or inappropriate for any reason and at its sole discretion will not be accepted. The sweepstakes materials may not contain disparaging elements against anyone, discriminatory, insults or any element that could be denigrating or could infringe on the image rights, public projection, privacy of any natural or legal person.<\/p>\n

Any cause of litigation that may arise regarding this promotion shall be submitted to the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Ciudad Real.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
